About the Business Development position

Allobee is a managed marketplace and tech startup. We provide a remote workforce of fully vetted, freelance experts to our clients that are small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups. We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Development contractors who are dedicated within this field. You will assist in developing the growth of clients' businesses by implementing new and effective strategies. Also, you will seek new opportunities, marketing ideas and help to satisfy customers’ needs.

Business Development responsibilities are:

  • Developing strategies relating to customer satisfaction and growth within the financial sector of the company

  • Conducting research to fulfill customers’ needs and to also identify new markets

  • Arranging meeting with clients

  • Assisting with the promotion of the company’s products/services

  • Preparing contracts

  • Giving positive feedback to clients

  • Building rapport with customers

Business Development requirements are:

  • Experience as a Business Development as a Manager or Assistant

  • Knowledge of principles of marketing

  • Good customer service attitude

  • Familiar with Salesforce, Hubspot and/or other CRMs

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Good organizational and time management skills
