About the HR Generalist position

Allobee is a managed marketplace and tech startup. We provide a remote workforce of fully vetted, freelance experts to our clients that are small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups. We are looking for enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalists to implement a variety of human resource programs for clients. HR freelancers will assist in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development for client businesses.

Due to the diversity of responsibilities of this freelance role, the ideal candidates will be competent and resourceful individuals with a passion for HR.

HR Generalist responsibilities could include any of the following:

  • Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary

  • Maintaining records

  • Creating new recruitment processes

  • Creating and updating HR manuals

  • Selecting the appropriate advertising methods

  • Informing client's team about the hiring techniques


HR Generalist requirements are:

  • Experience as a HR Generalist

  • Providing compensation plans

  • Aiding in the recruitment processes

  • Implementing programs to create an efficient workplace

  • Being able to utilize HR metrics

  • Effective communication skills
